The Lucky Country Photo Show Series is a year-long event of mail-in photo shows held in Australia, culminating in a championship photo show with prizes at the end of the year.

Each of the qualifier photo shows is open to the general public, and you do not need to be a member of any club or association to enter. Any person from around the world may enter! Photo babysitters are available (whom can take your photos and enter them on your behalf) if you're overseas but would like to join in!

Models that place first or second in a class in a qualifier championship show are then qualified to enter that class in the championship show. It is up to the entrants to keep track of their qualified models.

The entry fee is $5 AUD per qualifier show, and each entrant may enter a maximum of 100 photos per show. The entry fees will go towards the cost of purchasing ribbons, rosettes and other prizes for the championship. Donations of cash and prizes are also accepted to help this become an amazing and exciting show series. Entrants are responsible for postage of their photos to and from each judge.

The class list of the qualifier show will not change, and a copy can be found on the Facebook page or the website. For privacy reasons, the judge's details will be private messaged or emailed to each entrant.

Enquiries can be directed to Danielle at daleypark@gmail.com or message the Facebook page.

Qualifiers:

2 January (Red Dust Photo Show)
5 March (Black Stump Photo Show)
25 June (Under the Coolibah Photo Show)
3 September (By the Billabong Photo Show)

Championship: 26 November

This looks fun! Can the pictures be a solid background, or do they need to have a realistic backdrop?
