Bring anything from bare armatures to works in progress, or create an armature at the workshop
All levels of experience welcome. Lunch/refreshments included. Potluck contributions to lunch menu welcome.


Susan has been commissioned to sculpt many famous horses including American Pharoah, and is known throughout the world for her work with Breyer.


Directions to Chilao School:
We are located in the heart of the Angeles National Forest, just off of Highway 2 in Chilao Campground
Do Not rely on GPS or Google to reach Chilao School - we are off the grid
From the 210 freeway in La Canada, take Angeles Crest Highway (Highway 2 North) 26 miles to Chilao Campground at
mile marker 49.69. Turn left into campground and follow signs

I got to meet Susan last year along with Jenifer Buxton, Denise Doyle, Barrie Getz and Cheryl Campbell. What a great bunch of people. I'm really looking forward to this.

I will try to take pictures...lots of them. I always wanted to sculpt when I grew up...so I better get busy because I'm pretty much grown up. :)
