Results of the NAN 2005 Auction
NAMHSA thanks all of this year’s donors for their wonderful NAN 2005 consignments. Many people complimented the high quality and broad diversity of the lots. NAMHSA also thanks all the people who bid on these items – both by proxy and in person. The Auction couldn’t happen without all of you!
A note on the percentage donation to NAMHSA: Per a priori agreement with consignors, lots that were sold for $900 or more were eligible for a reduction of the donation minimum to 40%. Items that sold for $1200 or more were eligible for a reduction of the donation minimum to 30%.
The Auction raised a gross of $17,564 – that is before ALL expenses. Taking out the amount due to consignors, this brings the Auction gross to just over $10,100. NAMHSA’s treasurer will compute the NET gain, once expenses and fees have been taking into consideration.
