View Full Version : Signature Size

Just a reminder, please check your signatures to make sure they comply with the stated signature size listed in our FAQ section.

According to the FAQ:

"Please limit your signature size to 200 pixels in height, and no wider than 500 pixels in length. This keeps the side-scroll to a minimum, and keeps the threads more uniform and easier to read."
This rule is designed to minimize scrolling and side scrolling for all Blab Members. After all, not everyone has their screens set to 1024x768 resolution, and not everyone has high-speed internet.

If you're not sure how to determine your signature size:
Right click on the sig picture and select "Properties." This will show you the size as "pixels." Your signature should be no more than 200 high x 500 wide, give or take a little. For visual reference, our max avatar size is 200 x 200 pixels.

Here is a 200 x 500 example:

This includes text as well. Although there's no way to determine the pixel size of your text, you can easily eyeball it to see if it fits within the preffered sig size.

Here are some links to help resize your pictures if necessary:

Please make any necessary changes to your sig size if your current one does not fall within the parameters. If not, you may recieve a PM asking you to do so. If the changes are not made within a reasonable amount of time, we will need to remove your signature.

If you have any questions, please PM a Moderator, and we'll do our best to help you out. :)

Thank you,
Blab Management Team
