Hello everyone! At long last, I have completed my latest sculpture (four years in the making...)! This sculpture has two versions. Have Blue is a polo pony with roached mane, mudknot, and studs in his shoes. The other, Fly By Wire, sports a long tail and pulled mane.

Please note that neither of the horses are available for ordering yet. Members of my Yahoo Groups email list (you can enter your email address on my website to sign up) will receive a heads up before the first group is ready for sale. I am anticipating finishing several horses in late December. :)

Mel, I have to ask - where is Odyssey on your website? Are you pretending he doesn't exist or something? Poor Odyssey must me hurt! ;)

Can't WAIT to see these new guys painted up!

Heeheehee...I still have my Odyssey somewhere. I need to finish reworking his weird parts so he can finally come out and jump around on the table. I really like him...I love Mel's re-worked grey one. I'm trying to do the same basic stuff to my copy.

Ha ha - Yes ma'am! I can't wait to paint a copy.

Yay! The base looks awesome...
*shakes fist at self* Yes, the base is done, and it works! If only you all knew what a stupid thing I did... Let me just say that if you ever want to create two horses that use one base, make SURE you sculpt the foot peg BEFORE doing the waste mold! http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de//uhoh.gif

Uh-oh! I've been phasing out older stuff, and didn't think anyone would notice! http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de//lol2.gif Should I put him back up?

Ahhh, yup! :D I am going part-time at work soon, so I can have more time to devote to just that sort of thing!

I can't afford both though!!!! AAHH!!!
Nooo, listen to Melissa! Who needs a savings account anyway? http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de//lol2.gif

wow.. simply wow. LOVE the motion on them!! I adore Fly by Wire... I wish I had the time/money to devote to getting one of those beauties.. but, seeing as how this is my last semester of college, my horsies are just for de-stressing, so I can't put as much effort into them as I'd like. >.<

But, kudos for making such a gorgeous pair! It helps motivate me to work on my resin in progress, knowing that such an amazing artist such as yourself took 4 years to get such awesome results. That means there's hope for me yet!!
