Back in March, I do believe, we made a deal to trade my Tri Mi Boot Scootin Boogie, Mint condition, for a corral fence and a coulple of feed bins. I send my horse to her. A couple weeks after I sent mine I hadn't recieved hers.

I e-mailed her and she responded saying she hadn't gotten mine either. So a couple weeks after that I e-mailed her again, and she said she had recieved Boogie, but he was a little scuffed up. When I sent him to her, he was top LSQ.

So I apologized for the horse and asked if there was anything she wanted me to do, she said no, there's nothing that could be done. And that she had sent the fence and bins. About a month after that I e-mailed her again, and said if I didn't get my part of the deal she needed to send the horse back.

She said she sent it, but she wanted me to be happy, so she'd send anoth. That was about 3 weeks ago. I have yet to see a fence or feed bin, and she isn't answering my e-mails anymore.

It is dissapointing to me when someone is trusted to do thier part of a deal, and they don't. The Wheelsoff Forum, where I do most of my business, is built on trust. There is no guarentee who is honest and who isn't. So look out for those who seem good, and aren't.

Sorry you have to go through this. I've never done a trade... not trusting enough, I guess. :goodluck on getting your items.

Sounds like a kid --- don't forget that school is out and a lot of parents use the internet as a free babysitter.
(yeah a HUGE pet peeve of mine)

I have to deal with more PITA nonsense going on during the summer and around Christmas when the kids are out of school.. than any other time of the year.

I've traded with a good many people, but I have to admit , they are all established hobbyists....

:sad Oh my, I will say that I just did a trade with her about a week and a have ago and I am still awaiting for the horse she promised me. I sent her a mint PS performance horse woody for a bay appy indian pony. I know show got my horse since I put conformation on him and I asked her where my horse was and she told me that her horses are all at her grandmas and her grandma is in the hospital an she cant get in for a day or two. Thats what she told me on the 4th. So I am still waiting since she said she would get the horse out in one to two days till she could get into her grandmas house. Now I am very worried after reading what you guys have said!!! Well I will hope for the best and she gets everyones horses and stuff out soon!! Sorry to hear that everyone got hurt over this. I hope she gets things straigten out! :upset

:uh Well the only new thing I have herd from her is that her grandmother is in the hospital for surgery and that she has alot of horses to go out to people including me and others. She told me soont hat she will see about getthing theing horses out. So I dont have much to say yet but I will keep people posted on what I hear from her. I feel bad for her but I think she should have gotten the horses out of her grandmothers house before promiseing them to other people. I know I have about $40 invested in her and still waiting. But hope this lil bit of info helps someone.
