Sugar Free Dove Chocolate!

So...the fudge recipe I posted in Yoda's low-carb recipe thread didn't work out very well. It didn't taste good at all. I guess cream cheese and Splenda don't go together... all I could taste was cream cheese & peanut butter with a hint of a "fakey" sweet taste. So, I went the the grocery store and just happened to find the most wonderful sugar-free chocolate I have ever had!

It tastes almost the same as the regular Dove Dark!

Next time try the italian cream cheese stuff. The name is escaping me right now, but it's a little sweet and goes really well with peanut butter if you're trying to make a mousse or anything.

EDIT: Of course it comes to me as soon as I post... MARSCAPONE! It's pretty good.

I'm not sure. I just know I made a kickin chocolate peanut butter supreme pie for thanksgiving using marscapone instead of cream cheese. The whole pie was gone in 10 mins. I'll have to snag the recipe from the chocolate mousse box some time, but I altered it a little bit to be more diabetic friendly.

I would love to have that pie recipe. My husband loves anything chocolate & peanut butter flavored! :)
