With a 3 day weekend coming up I think it's a good time to start. No stress from work.:randommil I will be triing the patch again. So for the next 5 days I will be enjoying my last smokes
I may be b****y and may need to vent for a few days I hope people on here can over look that. lol

Good luck! Keep telling yourself that this is actually a beauty treatment. It sure seems like non-smokers stay looking younger longer!
I used to be a heavy smoker, tried to give up a few times and finally found a reason important enough to me to really 'want' and 'need' to give it up. And so this time I found it easy, no questions, no doubt, I just knew I had to do it, just threw the rest of the packet away and did it. And I have never had any thought to go back to it, even living through the past most stressful and trying three years of my life! So for me at least, the most helpful thing was knowing there was no question, I had no choice, I just had to quit.
Best of luck I believe you can do it if you really set your heart on it! :cheer :yaymiller

Good luck! I've wished for years and years that my mom would stop smoking. It really makes a difference in how others perceive you too!

My husband started on Chantix today. It's the second time he's used it. He stopped smoking for over a year but started back again. Good luck to you! :cheer We'll be here for support. :hugg

GL quitting!
We kept trying to convince my dad to quit and he finally did when he had a heart attack. He's fine now though.
