Because I don't know what to do anymore...
I bought a resin in 2010 on time payments. Paid him off in October 2010 and till then the communication was okay. After that excuse after excuse why she didn't ship him to me yet. In January 2011 the communication from her end dried up. In the summer of 2011 I mailed a complaint to mail fraud and IC3.gov (internet fraud) and just recently I contacted the local sheriffs department. Haven't heard anything back from all of them.

Since I live in the Netherlands, my options are limited. Does anyone have a suggestion what else I could do?

I can't stand it that she still gets greens and took a run with my money!
