So,

I bought this beautiful CM Justadream and she arrived with a very nasty ear tip rub.

She was absolutely mint when the seller packed her up and shipped her out to me. This I definitely believe. The model had only 1 piece of bubble wrap around her, barley covering her and like 20 peanuts in the box. I emailed the seller and she told me not only did she use 2 pieces of bubble wrap but a shwack load of peanuts. The seller said, maybe Customs had opened the box, well she was right! Customs opened the box, wrapped the model up so poorly and stuck probably only a third of the peanuts back in the box with the model!!!!!!

So after this, the model has a badly rubbed ear tip, so bad it rubbed down the plastic and through the paint to the dark grey plastic. I live in Canada, so I am not sure if it was my side or the US side that did the Customs check. I WILL be calling my PO this Monday about the situation.

Has anyone ever had customs do this to them?

Any advise would help!
