So....feel awful. Have been selling a lot of horses on e-bay lately and a buyer sent me a message tonight that she got the package and the horse that she really wanted ( got 3 total ) had a broken leg and couldn't find the leg in the box. She didn't request insurance so I don't know what to do, but I feel like I should do something....any ideas? And hopefully this is in the right spot, if not, I apologize
