See, I think if someone would have come to us with a look our carrier oopsed and it's here if there's any chance you can come get it so it doesn't sit here due to the nature of the package and people are people it would be forgivable.

However, I do believe, the poor fish got left on the runway where they were shipping from and driving to go get them was not an option in our case. Then there was the way it was handled by the customer service agent(s) that were spoken too when they were called to figure out what was going on when they didn't show up. The 'not our problem' attitude that was exuded was not acceptable, your company is responsible for the shipment because your company accepted the shipment...presumably knowing what was in the box.
