NO. Cubic foot is a measure of VOLUME. It is NOT 12 + 12+ 12 it is 12 X 12 X 12 which equals 1728 cubic inches which equal 1 cubic foot. Yes, both of your other size boxes will ship regular priority; because a 16x10x10 box is 1600 cubic inches and 20 x 8 x 8 is 1280 cubic inches. A 20 x 12 x 7 box is 39 by your method but is 1680 cubic inches in VOLUME well under the 1728 limit for normal priority.
