Need some advice.

I'm in the process of returning a damaged box and damaged content back to the seller who has accepted the return. Problem is, she only provided her address and I am unable to load or print a prepaid shipping label for the last few days. Either she never finished the input or she didn't provide it. Ebay keeps giving me an "unable to process" error. I've tried emailing her but haven't gotten a response in 3 days. The package is due on the 26th.

I called ebay concierge. They said to pay for shipping, send them a copy of the label and they will reimburse me.

Has anyone ever done this? I want to ensure I'll get my shipping cost back since I don't have to pay to return a damaged item.
